  • Obtain a detailed background report on interested prospects and filter tenants based on your criteria guided by Fair Housing Laws
  • Collection of monthly rent and disbursement of funds to you via electronic transfer or mailed check
  • Manage and resolve all tenant concerns as they relate to your home
  • Provide you with regular statements of rent collected and vendors paid along with copies of all invoices of work completed
